Hydrocarbon Filtration System For Containment Berms

Passive gravity drainage system allows rainwater to drain from berm system while trapping hydrocarbons. Hydrocarbon discharge below 10 ppm. Two part media; activated carbon and hydrocarbon absorbing polymer filters hydrocarbons.

Go-no-go system automatically shuts off flow when saturated. In service with military units.

Design Features

• Quick clip bands around the filter casing allow the filter
  to be easily changed in just minutes
• Easy installation within minutes
• Ball valve with sight glass to monitor liquid levels
• Flow rates of 2-3 L/min (0.5 to 0.8 USGPM)
• Hydrocarbon capacity for the 18” model is 1.9 L
  (0.5 USG) of diesel fuel and 7.6 L (2.0 USG) for the
  36” model
• Housing is constructed from extruded aluminum tubing (18” or 36” models)
• Discharge end features a rubber molded cap with 3/8” discharge port
• Feed end features a 3/4” camlock inlet
