This absorbent has a bottom layer that has a virtually leak proof, low slip poly backing. The top surface is made from a tough, no lint cover which can withstand prolonged foot and cart traffic. This pad outperforms competing, old technology, meltblown. Unlike meltblown pads, the top sheet features no lint and is bonded over its entire surface.
